The Charmm’d Foundation embraces the idea that leadership development builds capacity.  We offer the Leadership Development Matching Grant
to support organizations that want to implement programs and activities which enhance the skills of leaders who are committed to creating positive
change in the community.

Resources on This Site
Click on our On-line Resources to explore hundreds of resources on this site. You are invited to use our information: verbally, in handouts, in your
newsletter, in your presentations,on your website, and in any other place you deem appropriate.


Pro-Bono Work
  • We consult with organizations, providing facilitation, guidance, and practice opportunities for targeted leadership development.
  • Areas of focus include: how to value and lead strategic conversations, effective relationship and team building, dynamic communication,           
creative problem solving, and many others.
  • We train, coach and mentor community members to lead discussions using a variety of our resources. These create opportunities for
participants to; get to know and learn from others, hear diverse view-points, share thoughts, and  HAVE FUN.
  • We create leadership cohorts furnishing them with opportunities to; recognize and celebrate successes, provide inspiration, learn with each
other, and promote collaboration to help each other succeed.
  • We provide meaningful professional development events for community leaders creating effective learning experiences.
