Alex is an LGBTQIA+ Life Coach with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy. Their primary goal is to help clients embrace who they truly are, empower them to be their most authentic selves, and guide them in learning how to advocate for their needs and desires. Alex uses their EAT background to help clients explore and navigate queer experiences ranging from coming out, gender exploration, building and repairing bonds with family and friends, to queer parenting, drag as an art form, and so much more. They want their clients, regardless of age, to overcome a lack of self-confidence or low self-esteem, reduce feelings of shame, guilt, fear, and ultimately feel seen, heard, and affirmed for exactly who they are.
