Ashley Ward is an experienced Community Development Director with a demonstrated history of working in the public and nonprofit sectors. Skilled in Executive Coaching, Facilitation, Nonprofit Organizations, Team Building, Communication, Behavioral Assessments and Building Relationships. She is a Human Services professional with a Masters in Social Work focused on Nonprofit Management and Community Practice from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ashley is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is certified in TTI Success Insights DISC, 12 Driving Forces®, and EQ assessments.
Ashley lives in Boerne, TX with her husband of 16 years, her 13-going-on 30-year-old daughter, her spunky 10-year-old son, a sassy Calico cat, and a spoiled Beagle. When she isn’t working out of her home office or traveling to Chicago for work, she loves being outside swimming, biking, hiking, and eating lots of barbecue and Tex-Mex. Don’t ask her to cook though, she will burn it!
What she loves most of all is helping people succeed and gets the opportunity to do this every day through her role at the Foundation.
