Hybrid GROUP OPTIONS
Because of the pandemic, we realized the numerous benefits of a virtual meeting platform – it allowed group members to stay connected when we couldn’t gather in person and now that we have started to do so again, many members appreciate having the virtual option. This has opened the door to providing our services to those who live outside Chicagoland. If you are a member of a hybrid group or are interested in joining one, you will have the option to attend the meeting at our office in Buffalo Grove (or at a hosted site) or online going forward. Remaining flexible is more important than ever and we want to meet you where you are, in all respects.
If you are in a leadership position that largely focuses on communicating through marketing outreach and are looking to grow your professional network, discuss communication, and leadership topics — this group may be a great fit! Members dive deep into examples of their marketing projects and their own real-life instances that may be hindering or helping achieve their goals. This collaborative community then dives in with a dynamic exchange of knowledge, resources, and encouragement. All walk away with ideas, more insight, and deeper connections.

Come join this fun and engaged group of leaders as we embark on our “final chapter” together. Since the beginning, this has been a book group that read Dare to Lead by Brené Brown (twice) and Think Again by Adam Grant. As we venture into our final chapter at Charmm’d, this group is shifting gears….
Imagine a platform where you get to curate your favorite articles, podcasts, or videos and share your passions with like-minded leaders? Each member will take a turn selecting a compelling resource and facilitating the discussion where we will examine our perspectives on life and leadership. Don’t be surprised if we try to solve the world’s problems along the way.

This is a group of Elementary, Middle and Junior High School Principals in various communities across Cook and Lake County. They gather five times a year to share ideas and resources to keep up with the myriad changes facing the world of education. Members give advice and support to one another because the job of a principal can be lonely at times. As hard as it is to be away from the building, this group experiences the value in taking time for themselves and connecting with colleagues in different districts to discuss current situations and strategize about the future in a safe space where solutions flow.

Designed for the top leader of the organization who reports directly to a board. Often times this person feels alone and limited on what they can share with others. This doesn't have to be the case. By joining this group, you won't feel lonely at the top. In each meeting, members discuss a variety of sources (one article, one video, one podcast) around a relevant topic and the ensuing group discussion allows for reflection, discovery, and application. Deep connections form among the members where they benefit from hearing different perspectives on similar challenges.
