Payal Beri is the founder of RK Empathy, an organization focused on empowering changemakers, and communities to realize we have more in common as humans than otherwise led to believe by those who benefit from our divide.


She has developed global leadership programs for organizations such as McDonald's, Southern California Edison, and US Foods. She speaks to leaders and talent company-wide on cultivating a culture of trust, belonging, and resilience to continue to be industry leaders in rapidly changing workplace challenges such as the pandemic, economic recessions, and workforce transformations. 


She has worked and spoken at organizations such as Boeing, NASA, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Brookhaven National Laboratories, and Google.


Payal researched the role of empathy and psychological safety in creating transparent workplaces that encourage feedback without repercussions. Based on her findings and 15+ years of experience in human behavior, she has formulated her Three Pillar Leadership Framework: Empathy for others, Compassion for self, and Accountability for both.


More than ever, our world needs more emotional intelligence, compassion, and empathy, especially among our leaders.
