Virtual GROUP OPTIONS

Because of COVID, we learned the ease and comfort of providing Peer Advisory Groups in an online format.  Even after COVID, these groups will remain virtual. So, come as you are, join us from wherever you are and enjoy the experience of learning from others who are interested in the same topics as you.

For up-and-coming professionals and those new to the leadership role, these groups are focused on developing effective leadership skills and are co-facilitated by leaders in our community. Participants have the opportunity to strengthen their network, share best practices, discuss leadership topics, be introduced to a variety of resources, ponder challenges and identify solutions. On occasion, hear from guest community speakers who visit these PAGs sharing their expertise and knowledge. In these groups, participants will find the "answers in the room" and get the support they need in their leadership journey.

A variety of times when PAGs meet are available.

Community-Led Peer Advisory Group
DEI Peer Advisory Group

More and more organizations are forming Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committees as they believe this is important for employee and organization success. We are not DEI experts; we are skilled facilitators who can bring a group of people together around this topic. With that in mind, this group is for the champions of these committees to come together and share:

·     Resources

·     What they have put into practice

·     What is working and what is not

·     Ideas/thoughts where they are seeking feedback

There is no reason this work must be done alone, in fact, we want to express the intention of doing this work in the community. Get the support of other Charmm’d Partners who are doing the same work in their organizations so you can learn and grow together.

LEAD Leadership. Ethics. Adaptable. Determined.

How do you define "LEAD"? Do you lead with an ethical lens that is rooted in your values? Do you empower others to do the same? Are you actively innovating in the workplace as you adapt to the many changes in our world? Do you have a strong drive to serve a purpose? Are you determined to make a difference? The members of this group demonstrate these values – leadership, ethics, adaptable, determined - and hold one another accountable to doing the same in a safe, confidential space. In this peer advisory group, you will find support to lead in this manner and you will find new friends along the way.

LEAD

There is a time to lead and there is a time to coach. BOTH help your team members become stronger leaders themselves. In leading, we role model what to do (or not to do). In coaching, we help our team uncover their ideas and answers, and provide the structure to take action. This group will focus on coaching. Designed for any leader who leads a team, a number of theories and coaching practices will be shared. In the group and in between sessions, members will be paired up to practice coaching, give one another feedback, and hold each other accountable.

In this group, we focus on topics group members identify as areas of interest. This has gone anywhere from better understanding ourselves, our goals, and our values to getting clearer on our personal and organizational brand to learning how to manage unreasonable requests/expectations.  All dive into the discussions by asking questions, sharing perspectives, best practices, and offering support and guidance. This is a tight-knit caring group of leaders who truly have each other’s back.
