Getting anonymous feedback on your leadership competencies is a vulnerable and valuable process for greater self-awareness and personal development. We have created a 360 assessment that has been used by multiple community leaders since 2014. We send the surveys and compile the responses. Then we meet with you in person to debrief the results. This service must be added to a coaching package to provide accountability for forward action based on the feedback.
