Nicole Harris is the CEO and President of Leading2Empower LLC, a startup company providing business solutions, Executive coaching, and Leadership development training at every business level. She is a certified speaker, trainer, coach, and certified DISC behavior analyst with John Maxwell Leadership. She believes that leadership principles originated from the Bible and her mission is to empower leaders through transformational leadership development to create an environment of trust, respect, and self-awareness by transforming the hearts and minds of ALL leaders to make a positive impact on society.

Nicole served 39 years in the Federal Government, Managing Information Technology and Business Operations as Senior level Program Manager and Chief Information Officer (CIO). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Management. She has industry certifications and training in Information Technology, Business Process Reengineering, Leadership, and Continuous Process Improvement, such as Lean Six Sigma concepts. Nicole is recognized as a Servant Leader/Transformational Leader who is inspired to reproduce servant leaders at every level of the organization to transform the workplace.

Nicole loves to volunteer and give back to the community by coaching and mentoring inspiring leaders. She also provides volunteer consulting services to entrepreneurs, resume writing and business planning. She is an elected official on her local School Board of Education serving as Secretary, Co-Chair on the Finance, Collective Bargaining, and Equity Committees.

Nicole has a passion for helping others fulfill their purpose in life. She offers one-on-one coaching, mentoring on Entrepreneurship, personal/professional development, and many other areas in helping others reach their personal and/or professional goals.
